 Beautiful indeed and of great importance is the vocation of all those who aid parents in fulfilling their duties and who, as representatives of the human community, undertake the task of education in schools.  The more completely an educator can give concrete witness to the model of the ideal person that is being presented to the students, the more this ideal will be believed and imitated. For it will then be seen as something reasonable and worthy of being lived, something concrete and realizable. StSA understands that the proper formation of children is paramount to the future of a stable and just society.  It is the highest of callings and StSA earnestly works with parents and families in discovering the best educational, service, and athletic opportunities possible for its student-athletes.      

On her part the Church looks upon you as co-workers, with an important measure of shared responsibility, in helping to fulfill Christ’s mandate transmitted through the Apostles.  "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations . . . teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you" (Matth. 28, 20).   Few challenges are more exalting and rewarding than the instruction and guidance of young people, and few more difficult.
